We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product you ordered is received in faulty condition or is not as shown to you on the website, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not refund, or exchange opened or used products. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All orders will be shipped within 3 working days (unless notified otherwise) by courier. We will endeavor to ensure goods are delivered to you in the times outlined however, we will not be liable for late delivery by Australia Post or other couriers.
