In the event that our products do not meet expectation please review our returns, exchange and refund policy below.
Our returns policy is only appliable to purchases made through our web store via www.greenandbare.co. If you have purchased through a third party website or retailer, you must contact them directly first.
To qualify for a refund;
- Contact must be made to us within 40 days from purchase date, from here we will assess your claim and advise of a result.
- If a refund is approved, the products must be returned to the Green + Bare return address outlined below at your own expense*.
- You will be required to send photo and/or video evidence to support your claim.
*Refunds do not include original shipping costs or return shipping costs unless the product has been deemed faulty or not fit for purpose
Refunds are not processed until return of original items has been completed.
Refunds are not given for change of mind.
Exchange and/or Credit
Due to the nature of our products and health and safety protocols, we do not issue exchanges or credits unless the product arrives damaged or is deemed faulty.
Unwanted gifts, change of mind or unused products do not qualify as reasons for exchange or store credit.
If the 40 day period from purchase has passed and you wish to request an exchange or credit, please contact us directly to discuss.
Exchanges or credits will not be processed until the original items have been received. A confirmation email will be sent once the returns are logged.
Damaged or Faulty Stock
As per Australian Consumer Law if your product arrives and is damaged or faulty in a way that makes the product unusable please contact us within 40 days from purchase date to discuss the return of your products.
E-gift cards are not transferrable for cash and are non-refundable.
International Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
Any local taxes and duties that may have incurred when entering your country will not be reimbursed by ivadore as these are managed and collected by the local government.
